CICT hosts online writing training in Palawan

The Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) hosted a
training-workshop on Online Writing Techniques for the eMedia Group on November
14-16, 2007 at Hillside Resort, PuertoPrincesa City, Palawan.

Tweny-nine writers from different state colleges and universities from Luzon, Visayas and
Mindanao attended the training which aimed to provide basic skills in documenting the activities of the i-schools project.

During the training news stories and feature articles about each school’s activities and experiences in implementing the ischools project were written. Participants were also taught on the basics of taking good photographs, and creating blogs.
